Modular mass-wall construction makes it possible to build the accommodations quickly and cheaply, and deploy them flexibly, while retaining high structural and aesthetic integrity.
The building will serve as a shared residential form that strives, as far as possible within the spatial program, and in spite of the various issues associated with the refugee crisis, to achieve a balance between individual privacy and shared communal areas.
