“Village complex” made of four buildings: one community building and three residential buildings that separately house women, men, and families. Because of the serious decrease of refugees in the district, the accommodation will not be realized.

The new headquarters of the Caritas Association and its social station with its courtyard is prominently located at the existing roundabout. In the rear, set a little deeper back, a shared accommodation will be constructed facing the kindergarten. The entrance pavilion with the administration and group rooms is planned as a meeting place and neighborhood center.
